Blayre’s Class

Blayre’s class focuses on creating a set of detailed cookies inspired by vintage holiday designs. You will learn how to add depth, detail, and texture with paint, make royal icing transfers, and create fondant and wafer paper embellishments. You will be able combine these elements to make beautifully layered holiday cookies.

Devon’s Class

Devon’s class focuses on creating clean, graphic design inspired shapes with royal icing. You’ll learn to outline and flood with 2 consistencies, create beautiful lettering without craters, add different types of texture, and use linework to create dimension (including a cool stitched pattern!). We’ll also add metallic accents to make this set pop!

Experience Level

While anyone can take this class, we will be exploring some more advanced techniques and highly recommend at least some prior experience with royal icing and working from a projector. A projector WILL be required for both classes.
