Unfortunately, due to new shipping/tarriff rules between the US and Canada, shipping costs have gone up significantly in the last year and a bit. I value my US customers very highly, and am deeply grateful for your support of my small business. However, I’ve been absorbing extra duties/tarriffs on cutter orders in an attempt to keep shipping costs down for customers, and unfortunately can no longer do so as I’m losing too much money on each order.
I’ve considered simply closing US orders, but I really want to leave the option open for those who are willing to pay any additional duties that may be applied at the border.
So, effective immediately, please be advised that any physical cutter orders to the US may have extra duties applied from UPS that you will be responsible for paying in order to receive the package.
As the duties are unpredictable, I’m unfortunately not able to estimate how much they will be, or if they will be applied to your order at all, so if you order cutters to a USA address you are assuming the responsibility/risk of extra duties.
Please note that this policy applies to physical cookie cutter orders to the United States only, and not to any of my classes, STL files or digital guides/templates, which remain duty-free. Orders to Canadian addresses are also unaffected.
